Serious company. I completely disagree with the decision to provide guests with water bottles that must be refilled at automatic dispensers; sometimes, as I prefer sparkling water, it comes out still because the CO2 canister runs out. More Italian-speaking staff is needed.
I had a very positive experience with MSC. The ship was modern, clean, and well-organized, with elegant and comfortable spaces. The staff was always courteous, professional, and helpful, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing stay. The dining was varied and of good quality, while the activities and evening shows made every day fun and engaging. The organization of excursions and onboard services was also efficient. Overall, I recommend MSC to anyone looking for a cruise vacation characterized by comfort, entertainment, and great value for money. My rating is 10/10.

A well-organized cruise line, with good entertainment, high-quality shows, and very good food both at the buffet and in the restaurant. However, greater attention should be paid to guests with disabilities.

Several aspects need improvement: the number of seats available in the buffet area, the waiting times at the restaurant, the inadequate bar service at the buffet, and the management of the sun loungers, as finding one was a constant struggle every day.
