As always, the overall level of service was excellent. There was just a little confusion with the towel exchange, and a few aspects of the excursions could be improved.
MSC is always a guarantee of quality. Exceptional staff, everyone was kind and helpful!
Outstanding cruise line
Very well organised.
Over time, it cannot really be said that MSC has improved its services or the overall quality offered to cruise guests. The MSC Voyagers Club has actually worsened, and earning points now seems almost excessively difficult. MSC Upgrade is disappointing, with its bidding system and payment issues that I had never encountered before. Cruise prices are, all things considered, acceptable, but at what cost? There are also very few real innovations.

Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating a little this year, as this is the second time my suitcase has been damaged. I filed a complaint, but I still haven’t received a response. Next time, I will no longer leave my luggage outside the cabin before disembarkation.

They have reduced the number of staff, which has resulted in a noticeable decline in the overall level of service.
Almost every service comes at an extra cost. The few services that are included are poor and badly managed. The cabin staff, however, were welcoming and helpful.

Personally, I have nothing negative to say. The balcony cabin was excellent. The staff were welcoming, the food was good, and the ship was clean. It is not excessively large, yet it offers plenty of attractions and activities. The places we visited were wonderful.
