Beautiful destinations, a somewhat dated ship, and decent food.
They have reduced the number of staff, which has resulted in a noticeable decline in the overall level of service.
Almost every service comes at an extra cost. The few services that are included are poor and badly managed. The cabin staff, however, were welcoming and helpful.

Personally, I have nothing negative to say. The balcony cabin was excellent. The staff were welcoming, the food was good, and the ship was clean. It is not excessively large, yet it offers plenty of attractions and activities. The places we visited were wonderful.
A wonderful cruise with a very interesting itinerary. The ship was beautiful and the service excellent, especially considering there were 6,500 passengers on board.
We often travel with MSC Cruises. It is a wonderful holiday to enjoy with the family. However, I did not like the new water system. In my opinion, it is not very hygienic, as the reusable bottles cannot be properly washed and, after repeated use, they develop an unpleasant smell.

Excellent cruise line. This is my fourth cruise with MSC.
The quality of the food has improved significantly, both at the Marketplace and in the main restaurant. In my opinion, the initial cabin cleaning at check-in still needs improvement. The bathroom was not properly cleaned or sanitized and there was a considerable amount of dirt, particularly in the toilet. Another issue arose during the day at sea: it was virtually impossible to use any of the ship’s pools or sun loungers because all the spaces were occupied. Some guests were reserving loungers without actually using them, but the staff did not take any action despite being asked to intervene. Another problem concerns the new Aqua system. There are too few water refill stations available, and they are often out of service. If this service is to be fully implemented, I would suggest installing a dispenser near each elevator lobby on every cabin deck, so that guests can easily refill their water bottles even during the night.
