Overall, I had a good experience. The entertainment could be improved for guests who already know how to dance and would like to have a dance floor dedicated exclusively to dancing in the evening.
The information provided upon boarding was not very clear, but the staff was excellent and very helpful.

MSC is extremely well organized and pays great attention to customer care. However, I strongly advise against booking two consecutive weeks, as MSC considers them two separate cruises. For example, it is not possible to book excursions for the second week during the first week of sailing. As a result, other passengers departing from home for the second week had already booked and sold out all available spots. There are also shortcomings in the details: to this day, I still do not receive notification emails for offers or purchase confirmations, and customer service has not resolved the issue.
We stayed in the Yacht Club section and everything was perfect.
