Excellent. However, more could be done to help solo travellers socialise and connect with one another. It would have made the cruise a completely different experience for me.

Everything was always good. I pointed out to MSC that, given the size of the ships, it would be useful to have a dining or snack area specifically for families with children aged 0 to 12. The lack of manners, shouting, food waste and people not respecting queues really irritated me. I also raised two children, but they would never have been allowed to behave in that way.
Everything was perfect: entertainment, shows, cleanliness, food, gym. The guests were mainly couples and families, so for someone travelling alone like me there were very few opportunities to socialise with other single travellers. For this reason, I would not recommend this cruise to solo travellers. Ironically, I even had a double bed in my cabin... Every day at 6:00 p.m., there was supposed to be a singles meeting in one of the bars. However, I never found any single travellers there, only couples.
I have already taken other cruises with your company and have always had a good experience.
