Rating: 8/10 – A well-structured cruise for a 15-day itinerary. The assistance provided to the Italian group was excellent, thanks to the presence of Erika, a delightful person who was attentive to every need. However, the excursion booking process and the actual operation of the excursions require significant improvement. Two excursions that had been booked and paid for at the end of 2025 were not carried out, without adequate and timely communication at the beginning of the cruise. Based on my long-standing experience with MSC, it seems clear to me that the more expensive excursions are offered but often not actually operated. For example, the excursion booked for Mustique, at a discounted price of €169, was cancelled. On board, it is also not easy to find availability to book excursions locally.
I have no complaints about the company; all the staff and crew are extremely professional and kind.

MSC excellent in every aspect: service and kindness
First cruise after the repositioning crossing from Brazil to Genoa: disorganized, with issues regarding dinner seating and long queues for going ashore on excursions. On the positive side, the kindness of the MSC staff, wonderful theatre shows, and consistently good food.
Truly worth it. The staff is outstanding, especially Roberto from the Atmosphere Bar, German and Gabriella from the Beverly Hills Bar entertainment team, Carmen in the boutique, Ivone in the shops, Tania at the Beverly Hills Bar, and our cabin attendant—whose name I unfortunately don’t recall—who was on duty from April 10 to 17 on MSC Lirica, cabin 9174. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you very much.
