Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately 1.5-hour drive to the port city of Bacalar. Upon arrival, head to the Fort of San Felipe, which offers lovely views of the bay. During the return cruise, a stop is made for lunch at one of the most renowned resorts along the lagoon. After lunch, embark your boat for the return ride to Bacalar, then re-board your coach and commence the approximately 1.5-hour drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 219 yards (about 200 metres), with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and embark/disembark the boat. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with back and/or neck problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory conditions, guests who are visually- and/or hearing-impaired, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes, and bring sun protection, a swimsuit, towel and insect repellent from the ship. Guests must be at least three years old to participate on this tour. The weight of each guests may not exceed 260 pounds (about 118 kilograms) to participate on this tour. Bottled water and lunch are included; drinks at the restaurant are available at the expense of each guest. The driving distance between the pier and Bacalar is approximately 1.5 hours in each direction. A signed waiver is required to participate on this tour. Operation of this tour is subject to weather conditions. Space on this tour is very limited; we suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Viewing of Fort is conducted from the outside.
