Note: This tour has an extensive amount of activity, and is recommended for good swimmers in excellent physical condition. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who utilize a wheelchair, neither for pregnant women. Guests will be provided with wetsuit, water shoes, life jacket, and a waterproof box for cameras or cell phones. A combination of double and single kayaks are used. Space is limited; reserve this well in advance to avoid disappointment.  Guests must be at least 6 years old to participate. Children must share a kayak with an adult, be confident swimmers under all weather conditions. In case the ship is anchored off the village of Loen, a bus transfer will be included to start the kayak tour in Olden.
