Excellent company, everything perfect
I have been on several cruises but this time I had a lot of difficulty with the staff as they did not speak Italian at all; for the rest, both the ship and the excursions were very beautiful

Unfortunately I must note that the Costa cruise company is not up to standard, because it has cut more than half of the staff and there are several inconveniences, starting from the long queues at the buffets to the cleaning of both the room and the laundry. Unfortunately I will no longer go on a cruise with Costa and so far I have done 8 with MSC and 2 with Costa. It's the first time that I have to give a negative opinion.

The cruise is very well organized, some shortcomings in the buffet organization.

The organization of disembarkations and embarkations could be improved. However, the staff service is impeccable. In particular, we relied on the waiter Balasubramanian who was kind and professional with us every evening, satisfying our every request and resolving every misunderstanding
