Discover Singapore’s multicultural heartbeat on a panoramic city tour.
Colonial District, Padang, Supreme Court and City Hall, St. Andrew’s Cathedral, Singapore Cricket Club
From the pier, board your air-conditioned coach and begin a relaxing 35-minute drive through the Colonial District toward the bayfront. Your guide will point out landmarks such as the Padang, Supreme Court and City Hall, St. Andrew’s Cathedral, and the Singapore Cricket Club as you make your way to the Esplanade area.
Merlion Park, Marina Bay’s skyline
Disembark for a gentle 20-minute walk from the Esplanade waterfront to Merlion Park, following flat promenades with some cobblestone and slightly uneven sections. Spend around 20 minutes at Merlion Park for photographs of the half-lion, half-fish national symbol set against Marina Bay’s skyline. Then enjoy a 20-minute walk back to the Esplanade to re-join your coach.
Arab Street, Sultan Mosque, Little India, Chinatown
Continue with a 25-minute drive along Arab Street for a photo stop at the Sultan Mosque, centerpiece of the historic Kampong Gelam quarter. Next, a 20-minute drive-through showcases the color and bustle of Little India, followed by a 25-minute drive-through of Chinatown, where shophouses and temples reflect the city’s immigrant past. Conclude with a 15-minute drive back to the pier.
Note
Please Note: This tour involves a minimal amount of walking of approximately 0.5 miles (0.8 km), primarily along the Marina Bay waterfront, with roughly 15–20 steps each way between the Esplanade and Merlion Park and a few additional steps at the park itself. Surfaces are mainly flat with sections of cobblestones and occasional uneven paving. The tour is designed as a panoramic overview with limited time off the coach beyond the waterfront walk and the Sultan Mosque photo stop. The coach is equipped with air-conditioning, a PA system, and drinking water; there is no onboard toilet. Restrooms are available at the waterfront stops. Shopping opportunities for local souvenirs are brief and typically centered around Merlion Park. While credit cards are widely accepted, small vendors may prefer local currency. Traffic and events can affect timing; the order of neighborhoods visited may adjust while preserving the overall content. Guests who use wheelchairs should note that storage for foldable wheelchairs is available under the coach in limited quantities; guests must provide their own pusher and be able to board with assistance where needed. Comfortable, light clothing and flat, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended, and a hat or sun protection is advisable for the waterfront segments.
