This beautiful tour around La Gomera combines the green north of the island with its terraces of banana, avocado and mango trees of Hermigua, as well as the picturesque town of Agulo with its narrow streets and architecture from the seventeenth centuries to the present, and the center of the island visiting El Garajonay and Los Roques National Park.

Lomada del Camello & Los Roques lookouts

Depart the pier for a 20-minute scenic coach ride, stopping first at La Lomada del Camello lookout where you will enjoy the most captivating views of the island. Looking over the picturesque San Sebastian, you will amaze from the distance with the breathtaking views of the Teide, the highest peak in Spain. Continue your journey towards Los Roques viewpoint to admire the majestic volcanic rock outcrops towering over the luxuriant vegetation below.

Garajonay National Park, Hike through Forest

Disembark the coach at The UNESCO World Heritage Site Garajonay National Park which owes its name to the tale of ill-fated lovers Princess Gara of Gomera and Prince Jonay of Tenerife. Legend has it that when their families forbade their marriage, they ran away and threw themselves off the island's highest peak. Enjoy a short stroll through the park's dense unspoilt vegetation with its many plant species often wreathed in a sea of mist that gives the forest a magical touch.


Vallehermoso lookout, Agulo, Hermigua lookout & Silbo demostration

Re-board the coach and head to Vallehermoso lookout to admire the magnificent landscaped caved into the steep walls of the mountains, through stepped stone terraces filled with vegetation. Laurel forests and junipers can be seen from this location.

Your next destination is Agulo, one of the most beautiful villages of the Canary Islands, lying in its surrounding banana tree belt where you will have the opportunity to seat and relax during a coffee break while tasting the local liquor of La Gomera which is made from syrup extracted from the palm trees. Please note: This tour involves moderate physical activity. Participants must walk a total of 1 km and few steps, including a 400 metres walk of easy level in La Laguna. Guests who do not wish to do it can stay in the bus). Some of the lookouts have unpaved surfaces. Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and hiking shoes or boots. Bring a hat, sunscreen and a light windproof jacket. Children aged 6 years and over may participate. The tour order may vary.
