Excursion Flavours of korcula: honey, gin & wine experience tour at Korcula

Discover the genuine tastes of Korcula through visits to two thoughtfully chosen, family-operated producers that embody the island’s heritage. At OPG Komparak, an organic farm, partake in a "Honey & Gin Experience," where you will learn about beekeeping, the production of small-batch gin, and olive oil creation, followed by tastings of honey, olive oil, marmalades, herbs, and the award-winning Trut Gin.

Proceed to the village of Žrnovo to explore Tasovac Winery, celebrated for its indigenous varieties like Pošip. In a laid-back atmosphere, enjoy a wine tasting complemented by local snacks and traditional island delicacies. After the visits, return by coach to Korcula town and port.

Note

Please note: A moderate amount of walking and standing for approximately 1km (0.62 miles). At times over uneven surfaces and cobblestone streets, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and various sites visited. This tour is based on authentic local experiences combining honey production, gin distillery visit, olive oil tasting, and wine tasting in the Korcula region. Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in alcoholic beverage tastings. The tour is not suitable for guests with severe food allergies or for those prone to motion sickness. Lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed toes walking shoes and sun protection are recommended. Tour order may vary depending on operational conditions.
