Important Details

• Guests must be able to take 3-4 steps when entering and exiting the motor coach unassisted. Walking involved at the Penguin Parade to get to the underground viewing are steep gradient wooden boardwalks.

• Total walking includes approximately 200m from the pier to the coach and approximately 500m along wooden boardwalks to the underground viewing area.

• Guests must be able to embark and disembark the vehicle without assistance. Guests with mobility difficulties, who choose to partake in tour should have an able-bodied companion to assist (to be supplied by guest or by on-board destination team.) Approx. 3-4 steps when entering & exiting the motor coach.

• A windproof jacket, warm clothing, long pants and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. A beanie or scarf is recommended for guests sensitive to the cold.

• NO PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED OF THE PENGUINS. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
