Amalfi Walking Tour and Visit of the Cathedral
Depart from the tender area and meet your guide for a pleasant stroll into the historic center of Amalfi. En route, pass charming squares, artisan boutiques, and breathtaking coastal views. Upon arrival at the town’s heart, visit the Cathedral of Saint Andrew. This architectural landmark, known for its dramatic staircase and striped façade, houses a peaceful cloister and reflects Amalfi’s deep maritime heritage.
Lemon Farm Walking Tour
From the Cathedral continue your guided walking tour with an uphill stroll through various terraces via dry stone stairs. Visit the renowned gardens, a succession of plots cultivated with ancient lemon trees on which Amalfi's famous 'sfusato Amalfitano' lemons are grown. Arriving from the East centuries ago, this variety of lemon today boasts the European recognition of Protected Geographical Indication. Learn about the history of their cultivation then relax in the shade of the trees with refreshments consisting of citrus salad, lemon pastry, lemonade and lemon cookies.
Museum Visit and Limoncello Tasting
Next, proceed for a visit to the Rural Culture Arts and Crafts Museum, a small collection of historical pieces and documents that offer a unique insight into Amalfi's glorious past. Afterward, observe the process for producing Limoncello, then proceed for a tasting of this famous liqueur with an opportunity to purchase Limoncello and other products sourced from the lemon farm.
At the conclusion of your visit, walk back to Amalfi Square, then return to the pier on-foot.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of walking for approximately 1.2 mile (about two kilometres), at times over inclines and uneven surfaces, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and 15 steps at the lemon farm. We suggest that all guests be in good physical health in order to manage the walk. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Lightweight, comfortable clothing, flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection are recommended. Guests must be at least 21 years old to participate in tastings of alcoholic beverages. Space on this tour is extremely limited; we suggest you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
