The ship is fantastic
Very modern ship, aesthetically beautiful and full of services and entertainment. Excellent pools and water park, buffet and restaurants are big enough to always have space for all guests. The theater is exceptional, with very high-level shows. The evenings on board are exciting and the animation team is very engaging. Sometimes it can be difficult to get your bearings, but there are floor plans everywhere, plus the MSC for Me app has an interactive map that helps a lot.
I didn't like the ship very much, it was messed up and not very practical
If I have to find a flaw, the cabins are a bit small, you can only pass one at a time, for the rest, nothing to say

Very beautiful Ship, fine for its age, but Managed Terribly. Food of poor quality, Animation Absent, shows 7 days out of 7 (unbelievable but true) with always the same people performing, acrobats, singers and dancers, in fact they are called "The Magnificent 7". I am an old customer and I have noticed that the more time passes the more the quality of the cruise decreases. Disappointing. Thank goodness my family made the difference. The MSC Company also disappointed me with the cleanliness of the rooms and corridors, also having had feedback from other guests. I am sorry to declare my negative opinion but MSC will certainly not be sailing for a long time at this rate.
