Dated ship that should do less demanding and much less expensive routes. In the cabin with a balcony I made recordings of structural noises that could drive anyone with insomnia crazy. Luckily we adapted, because the idea of changing cabins to risk not improving the situation made us desist from requesting it. In short, too much money for such a poor product

Beautiful, good services
This category of ship is not bad: modern, comfortable and with a good range of services. Some aspects, however, need to be improved, such as the management of overcrowding and the efficiency of some services on board. The ship needs more maintenance: on MSC Fantasia the noise during departures, maneuvers and docking was excessive, with significant disturbance even inside the cabin.

A unique experience on board MSC Fantasia – Yacht Club My recent cruise on MSC Fantasia, in the splendid exclusive setting of the Yacht Club, was undoubtedly the best of all the ones I have done so far. An experience that will remain imprinted in my heart not only for the elegance and high-level services, but above all for the special people met on board. A heartfelt thank you to my butler Mami, whose kindness and helpfulness were priceless: always present, attentive and thoughtful. The sweetness and gentleness of Rosà is also unforgettable, a delicate and warm presence that was able to make every moment even more pleasant. A special thought also goes to the contagious friendliness of Jimmy and Narcio, who were able to give smiles and lightness every day. And how can I not mention Mr. Giovanni, always attentive and thoughtful in the restaurant, a true professional who was able to make us feel pampered in every detail. I will carry you all in my heart.
