I expected more assistance for us Italians. For a beginner it is difficult to move around without anyone who speaks Italian, gym pool spa self service bar etc. Also on the day of departure they made us get off at 10, we stayed 2 hours and a quarter on the bus waiting for it to leave for Hamburg airport. Room staff not very efficient, from the first day without soap I had to take the bottle and fill the dispenser myself,

All perfect except for msc, I don't know whose fault it is, it didn't register the food requirements form. No problem on the cruise but, on the plane the problem arose I hope that next time they respect everything It's the first time this has happened on a plane

Very well organized, a score of 9 due to a few small delays for disembarkation in the Cayman Islands, we only had 3 hours to do some activities. The disco IN MY OPINION closes too early, at 2:30. Everything else was fantastic, staff, entertainment, food, restaurant. It was a beautiful experience. A greeting and a thank you to our waiters BRIGHTON and CEBISILE, always available, fast and kind.
