Satisfying cruise. Although the ship is somewhat dated, it is excellent and meticulously maintained in every detail. Welcoming.
Always attentive and kind. Transfers and embarkation/disembarkation could be improved.
“Good organization.”
For me, MSC is the only cruise line worth considering. I don’t like the others.
A reliable company; I have already taken two other cruises with them. Unfortunately, they do not offer many discounts for future cruises purchased directly on board.
A good company, but there is always room for improvement.
Excellent from the moment you hand over your luggage until disembarkation at the end of the cruise.
Friendly and helpful staff, excellent cuisine, and good shows and entertainment. I would do it again.
Great attention to detail and cleanliness by MSC!

Everything was fine
It’s a matter of staff… this year a disaster, last year much more kind and friendly.
Kindness, courtesy, and organization
Excellent company with some room for improvement
An MSC Cruises voyage that was simply fantastic! Perfect organization, a beautiful ship that was always clean. Friendly and professional staff, always available. Excellent food and a wide range of onboard activities. A relaxing and fun experience that I highly recommend to everyone. Definitely worth repeating.
After experiencing the Yacht Club, I can no longer consider anything else.
