Your golf experience begins as you meet your driver at the pier and board a comfortable transit van or minibus. As you travel from Old San Juan toward the island’s northeast coast, take in beautiful views of coastal landscapes, lush vegetation, and local communities along the way. The ride offers a relaxing window into Puerto Rico’s natural scenery before reaching the spacious grounds of Rio Mar Country Club.

Check-In and Tee Time Preparation

Upon arrival, you will check in for your assigned tee time. Your hosts will guide you to your starting point and provide access to your golf cart. Nestled at the base of El Yunque Rainforest, Rio Mar Country Club features two world-class championship courses—the River Course and the Ocean Course. The course used for the day will depend on availability, but both layouts highlight Puerto Rico’s signature blend of rainforest backdrop, breezy coastline, and vibrant tropical surroundings. Golf club rentals are available on site for guests who require equipment.

18-Hole Championship Golf Experience and Return

Enjoy approximately four hours of play as you navigate scenic fairways, natural contours, and varied terrain using your provided golf cart. The landscape includes rolling greens and uneven ground, creating an engaging challenge for guests with golfing experience. After completing your round, rejoin your transportation for a relaxing return drive back to your ship, concluding a memorable day at one of Puerto Rico’s premier golf destinations.

Please note: Proper golf attire is recommended. Casual, collared shirts and golf shoes are preferred. No swimwear or beachwear on the course. This tour is suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced golfers. Children under a certain age may require supervision. The tour operates rain or shine. Participants should be in good health and capable of walking or riding a golf buggy for extended periods. Any food or beverage purchases are not included and are payable on the day directly at the Rio Mar Country Club.
