The pools are a bit small for the number of guests... stricter rules should be enforced for the rude ones. The phone service from the room and for info needs to be improved (no one ever answers) you have to go to the reception in person. The staff is kind and professional, the organization in general is excellent. The environments of the rooms, theater, bars and restaurants are excellent.
