Excellent itinerary, although instead of Cagliari I would have the ship dock in Olbia.
Excellent destinations.

I should mention that I like exploring independently without taking part in organized excursions, so my opinion may be somewhat subjective. The stop in Savona was excellent; in France it was quite inconvenient to get around; Palma was exceptional, Valencia was beautiful, and Olbia was small but charming.
Satisfactory
Perfect destinations
Toulon is beautiful because it is in Provence, but there is really very little to see compared to larger cities such as Marseille. It would be better to have a few more suggestions on what to visit. There is nothing to see in Olbia, apart from the beaches, which however were not easily accessible by public transport due to the overcrowding of tourists. Finally, Civitavecchia is really far from Rome: would it be possible to choose a more convenient port?
I don’t particularly like Civitavecchia and Genoa, which I consider necessary embarkation ports, but certainly not beautiful ones.
Scenic destinations with beautiful landscapes and sea views.
I appreciated the two stops in Turkey.
Marmaris did not seem particularly interesting to me, perhaps because I had already visited it in the past. The other stops also felt rather repetitive for me, as I have quite a few cruises behind me.

The stops were wonderful — truly a beautiful itinerary.
