Wonderful as well as precious.
We travelled in the Yacht Club, our third experience after Splendida and Divina, but this time the standard was absolutely superior to the previous two. Cruise Director Giuseppe Terminiello was the real added value of this journey. He was always present, everywhere: when leaving the ship to make sure Yacht Club guests had priority access to the shuttle buses, upon returning to coordinate with the butlers ready to escort us back on board, and in the Yacht Club common areas to check that everything was going well. His greeting at dinner time was always a pleasure. The staff showed great courtesy and professionalism. Absolutely top-class.

The memory I had of MSC Preziosa, from the 2017 cruise to the fjords, was certainly much better. I found her less impressive overall, less clean — the buffet restaurant windows were never washed during the 12 days — with food just above acceptable at the buffet, while the restaurant deserved an 8.

Small, there is what's necessary. Few sunbeds in the pool. Water in the hot tub is too cold

Ship not brand new but in terms of space distribution and size it's better than the new ones. Apart from the creaks during navigation, the rest is well maintained.
