In this case too, it was already clear beforehand that Opera is an older ship, so there is little point in criticising that. However, it is very well organised, with highly capable staff who are friendly, courteous and extremely polite. The crew is truly fantastic. The only drawback, in my opinion, is that since there are no speciality restaurants, they are not organised to offer a replacement for the complimentary Diamond dinner.
Friendly and courteous staff, clean ship, maximum efficiency.
I’m not giving 10 stars because we had an issue with the toilet in the cabin.
A bit old, but well maintained. Too bad the cabin was quite small. Our cabin stewardess should be replaced – she was rude and intrusive, entering the cabin even while we were inside and constantly disturbing us. Notices should be slipped under the door. Cleaning was superficial; we found hair and dust.
Satisfactory
Although the ship is not new, it is well maintained and very clean. The common areas are well cared for and comfortable.
The lower decks could be better connected to the upper ones, but in the end, you just need to figure out which elevators to take.
It deserves a low rating due to issues with the cabins and the restaurants with table reservations.
Small and dated ship but welcoming
Very beautiful, human-sized, very familiar
Small and dated ship but very well maintained, clean and very comfortable, everything is close and there's never too much queue
Old
Very beautiful for being small
Even if it's a ship with a few years of age it is kept at the top
Very beautiful
Everything perfect
Beautiful but not a 10
