We are on our third cruise with MSC
Terrible organization after 5 cruises with Msc unfortunately on this ship I did not find the same attention to the customer. Cabin was problematic to say the least, the toilet drain was clogged every day with waits of 5-6 hours to get a solution to the problem. Reception was absent after various calls they hung up.
The yacht club cruise was disappointing compared to the others I've done

Beautiful week, compliments to all the staff from the restaurant to the entertainment group guys, compliments, the only flaw is that the people who work speak little Italian but they make themselves understood

Excellent company, the only flaw is the entrance on board, since it was our first cruise we didn't know where to go and we were treated with a bit of disdain by some of the staff on board

Disembarking from the ship at a too early time, the cruise is practically 6 days and not 7. The excursions should be better organized. Long waiting times compared to the defined meeting time. In one excursion they did not count the number of people on the bus and left us on the ground (luckily there was another Msc bus). Compared to the announced timings for the excursions (e.g. 4 hours), the actual experience times are much less. The service at the restaurant is very slow both at breakfast and at dinner
