Excursion Mljet national park & st. mary's island tour at Pomene

Start your journey with a brief transfer from Pomena to Pristanište, where an electric sightseeing vehicle will be ready to take you through the stunning landscapes of Mljet National Park. As you travel past Veliki Most, Njivice, and Mali Most, take in the breathtaking views of the park’s renowned saltwater lakes and Mediterranean forests.

Upon reaching Pristanište, hop on a boat for a short ride to St. Mary’s Island, which features a charming 12th-century Benedictine monastery. You will have about an hour of free time to explore the island, visit the monastery, or simply unwind in its tranquil environment. After your exploration, return by boat to Pristanište before making your way back to Pomena.

Please note: This excursion includes multiple short transfers by vehicle and boat, as well as a moderate amount of walking on St. Mary’s Island and within Mljet National Park. Guests should be comfortable boarding and disembarking boats and vehicles and walking on mostly even surfaces, with some uneven paths and steps possible. Lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed toes, non-slip walking shoes, sun protection are recommended. While the activity level is moderate, guests should be prepared for periods of standing and walking during sightseeing. This excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Weather conditions may affect the operation of boat services and the order of visits.
