Excursion Creole cooking class tour at Roseau

Enjoy a few hours with Cooking Caribbean, an outdoor culinary adventure that introduces you to the flavours, traditions, spices and seasonings of the island. After a short 20 minute drive through the lush landscapes you will arrive at a local home greeted by the family and introduced to their herb garden where many ingredients are grown.

During this 3 hour experience you will work alongside these local chefs to help prepare the meal, understand the history of the ingredients along with the traditional way of preparing the meals. At the end of the cooking session sip on local cocktails, gaze on beautiful panoramic views, listen to the sound of creole folk music and enjoy dancers all dressed up in their national wear. If you are up for it, learn a few dance moves from these professionals to take home!

Return to the ship filled with laughter, musical energy and a belly full of Caribbean goodness.
