Depart the cruise pier with the water taxi for a short transfer approximately 10-minute ride to landing of your awaiting, 40-foot (about 12.1-metre) catamaran. After embarking your vessel and receiving your safety and tour instructions, begin your scenic and relaxing, approximately 45-minute cruise inside the magnificent Bonaire National Marine Park, one of the oldest marine reserves in the world. Established in 1979, the Bonaire National Marine Park spans approximately 6,700 acres (about 2,700 hectares), and includes a coral reef, seagrass, and mangrove vegetation. The Lac Bay Lagoon is also part of this spectacular underwater park.

Upon arrival at a prime snorkelling site, receive your safety and snorkelling instructions and gear, and begin your approximately one-hour swimming and snorkelling session at one of the protected reefs. Along the way, gaze in wonder at diverse colonies of beautiful coral beds and abundant and colourful reef fish, including parrotfish, damsel fish, butterfly fish, and angel fish, along with sea fans, stingrays, turtles, and other marine life. Alternatively, you may opt to remain on board the catamaran, and simply relax and bask in the Caribbean sun. Following your snorkelling session, enjoy the open bar with drinks and snacks, then return to the landing, switch back to the water taxi, and commence the short transfer back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of activity and a moderate amount of walking for approximately 50 yard (about 46 metres), at times over uneven surfaces, with one step to negotiate to embark/disembark the water taxi, and three steps to negotiate to embark/disembark the catamaran and manoeuvre in/out of the catamaran. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition, have snorkelling experience, and can swim in water too deep to stand. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guest with neck and/or back problems, guests with heart and/or respiratory conditions, guests prone to seasickness, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear a swimsuit under a cover-up with flat, closed-toe boat or water shoes, and bring sun protection, a towel, change of clothing, bottled water, and US Dollars or credit cards for purchases from the ship. Guests must be at least 12 years old to participate on this tour; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old. The life vests must be worn the entire time whilst snorkelling. The total time spent snorkelling is approximately one hour in duration. Waterproof cameras are highly recommended. Guests weighing more than 264 pounds (about 120 kilograms) cannot participate on this tour. Guests must be at least 18 years old to be served alcoholic beverages. Guests may not snorkel if they have consumed alcohol. Snorkelling is unguided on this excursion; the crew watches over the snorkellers in the water from the catamaran. Although frequently encountered on this type of tour, fish and marine life sightings are not guaranteed. Operation of this tour is subject to weather conditions. This tour is available during mornings and afternoons only. The tour sequence may vary.
