Depart the pier for the short drive to the dune buggy venue. Upon arrival, receive your safety and riding instructions and orientation. Afterward, don your safety helmet and set off in your 4X4 all-terrain-vehicle for an unforgettable, off-road adventure from Phillipsburg to idyllic Maho Beach.

Upon arrival at Maho Beach, enjoy a welcome drink at the Sunset Beach Bar. Afterward, some free time is made available to soak up the tropical sun, relax on the powdery, white-sand beach, take a refreshing swim in the inviting turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, and watch the airplanes land.
Harold Jack Hill & Lookout Point, Dutch St. Maarten, Saba, St. Eustatius, Return-Ride
Following your visit, hop back on your dune buggy and head to the Harold Jack Lookout Point, located at the top of Harold Jack Hill between Cole Bay and Philipsburg. Upon arrival, take in superb views of Dutch St. Maarten, along with Saba and St. Eustatius in the distance. After a photo stop here, re-board your dune buggy for the ride back to the dune buggy venue. Upon arrival, return your safety helmet and dune buggy, then re-board your coach and commence the short drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves an extensive amount of off-road driving and a minimal amount of walking for up to 109 yards (about 100 metres), at times over uneven, sandy, and natural surfaces and inclines, with a few steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach and dune buggies. Walking at the sites visited is at the discretion of each guest. The dune buggies utilised on this tour seat four passengers. The ride may be rough at times, and guests will experience bumpy, jerking motions. This tour is recommended for guests who are in good physical condition. This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, guests with neck/back problems, guests with heart/respiratory conditions, guests prone to motion sickness, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Guests are advised to wear a swimsuit under lightweight, comfortable clothing in layers that they won’t mind getting dirty, including long pants and long-sleeve shirts with flat, sturdy and closed-toe walking or hiking shoes, and bring sun protection, a towel, change of clothing, weatherproof windbreaker, bottled water, and US Dollars, Euros, or credit cards for purchases from the ship; open-toed shoes are not permitted on this tour. The price of this tour is per person, and based on four people sharing one dune buggy. Due to shared vehicles, guests are not guaranteed an opportunity to drive. Guests must be at least eight years old to ride as a passenger on this tour. Guests must be at least 21 years old, and present a valid ID showing proof of age, to drive an ATV on this tour. Safety helmets are provided, and must be worn the entire time during the ATV-ride.
