Excursion Viet hai fishing village tour at Halong Bay

Cruise line: Silversea
Difficulty:

Take an afternoon trip to the lovely, beautifully situated Viet Hai fishing village on Cat Ba Island. Much of the island was dedicated in 1986 as a national preserve to protect the diverse ecosystems dwelling there, and teems with wildlife and natural beauty.

The village is entirely situated among the immense sea and surrounded by high mountains and jungle of the Cat Ba National Park <https://www.alotrip.com/guide-vietnam-attractions/cat-ba-national-park>. The place is appreciated by visitors for its tranquil, peaceful atmosphere, charming scenery and hospitable people. The villagers are all original residents of Halong Bay, and preserve their way of life just as their ancestors lived hundreds of years ago. The locals mainly live on fishing, farming and breeding.

Walk in the village while listening to a guide talking about the local life. Enjoy some fresh food while chatting with local people. Experience the true fishing culture of Halong Bay and immerse yourself for a few hours in the culture and daily life of this lovely village.
