You will visit the Organic Seerupgaard farm and see its produce. Rasmus will tell you about the seasonal herbs and vegetables and show you how to select the best and the ripest products for your table.

If the weather allows, you will enjoy a relaxed outdoor picnic with snacks from the farm and some specialties from Rasmus.

Rasmus will tell you all about the local herbs and will carefully guide you through the best locally grown herb and spice combinations for flavoring your snaps. You will have a snaps tasting where you can taste the flavors in already made product.

Gastronomic Innovation Private Cooking Class & Lunch

The next stop on your journey is a private cooking class at Gastronomic Innovation, the hidden gem in the Copenhagen Old town. A charming venue with an industrial feel, that is situated in the rooms that once were used by one of the oldest printing houses in Copenhagen. Venue is located on the top floor and gives you a very special view of one of the old town courtyards.

Rasmus Leck Fischer will be helping you discover the beauty of the seasonal ingredients from the farm. You will have an entertaining and exciting cooking class along with a 3-course lunch.
