Excursion Porto belo island nature trail walk tour at Balneario Camboriu

After disembarking, proceed by motorcoaches to the city of Porto Belo. Porto Belo Island is located a few meters of the mainland which will be reached by artisanal fishermen boats.

On the island enjoy a guided walk along the ecological trail and immerse into the beauties of native flora and fauna. The circular trail is 1.3 km (0.8 miles) long leading through the Atlantic Forest. The highlight are the curiosities and legends related to the occupation history of the island, which remains a mystery to this day. Along the trail enjoy fantastic costal views as well as the environmental refuge created for fauna, flora, and wild birds.

After the walk, enjoy an hour leisure time to further discover the island or to enjoy some relaxation time on the beach before returning to Balneario Cambori.

Please note: A moderate amount of walking and standing for approximately (1.5 km/0.95 miles) over uneven surfaces, wooden planks and a few steps. Comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes, sun protection, a bathing suit, backpack, water bottle, and a towel from the ship is recommended.
