Old Quarter Walking Tour

Depart the pier for the uphill walk to the Le Suquet area, also known as the 'Old Quarter', in the heart of Cannes. As you stroll along the narrow streets, admire the window boxes, colourful shutters and fountains, then pass by the city's quaint restaurants and shops. En route, a photo stop is made at the Le Suquet Old Town Viewpoint to take in magnificent panoramic views of the city, Lerins Islands and Esterel Mountains.

Next, walk down to the world-famous and very busy La Croisette with its Convention Centre, or 'Palais des Festivals'.

Provencal Markets and Tastings

Afterward, continue on to the typically Provencal markets of the area to indulge your senses with flowers, Mediterranean fish and food specialities from the region. Your tour concludes with Provencal specialities accompanied by a glass of wine at a small restaurant in the old city.

Following your visit return to the pier via the waterfront and old harbour.

Please note: This tour is taking place during the Film Festival and the access to the Palais des Festivals will be very restricted. Tour involves an extensive amount of walking for approximately 1.55 miles (about 2.5 kilometres), at times on inclined surfaces, with some steps to negotiate in the Old Town. This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility and guests who utilise a wheelchair. Lightweight, comfortable clothing, flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection are recommended. The tour sequence may vary. Space on this tour is very limited; we suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
